The most used fonts on the web

Which font families 19,115 website homepages actually load, counted from the font files a real browser downloaded.

The sample

19,115 homepages drawn from the Tranco list of popular sites, loaded once in a headless browser on Oct 11, 2026. Homepages only, up to 8 pieces of text per site, so these counts are lower bounds. 17,937 sites (94%) loaded at least one web font; the rest showed text in system fonts. A family is listed once it is seen on at least 10 sites. Updated Oct 27, 2026.
